Sure International LLC was established in 1998 to supply air-conditioning solutions (Climatcool Air-conditioners) and 5 gallon water dispensers (SURE + Dolphin) for the U.A.E local market. The Climatcool Air-conditioners, is an industry leader known for its superior product performance and reliability. Range of products include Window Air-conditioners from 1 to 2.5 tons and Decorative Split from 1 to 15 tons comprised of wall, Cassette, Floor Ceiling and Free Standing types. Climatcool also has a full range of Packaged chiller systems from 1 to 400 tons with matching chilled water fan coil units and chilled water Double skin Air Handling units.

The water dispenser business segment carries the largest stock of Hot & Cold Water dispensers for both SURE & Dolphin brands, for use in office or home. Range of water coolers consists of different colors, sizes and functionality. Sure International is a pioneer of new product innovation with the latest in Cold & Hot bottled water dispensers with stainless steel body, sanitized stainless steel tanks and safety mechanisms to prevent overheating.

Within 4 years, Sure business grew exponentially, and in 2002, Sure Technologies was established to export its brands across the Middle East regions. Simultaneously, the Company ventured into the bottled water industry by tying up with TECH-LONG, China’s leading beverage packaging manufacturer, as exclusive agents to the Middle East and North Africa region.
